Part-Time Remote Administrative Assistant

Location: Remote/Ohio
Schedule: 15 hours per week (to start)


Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, articulate, and comfortable working independently in a structured remote environment. The Administrative Assistant will support internal workflows, client communications, document management, and reporting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Organize & maintain digital client files 
  • Pull reports from accounting and operational systems 
  • Update internal documents and client records 
  • Assist with tracking deadlines and project progress 
  • Provide client updates via phone, text, and email (using our computer-based applications) 
  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound communications 
  • Perform general administrative and operational support tasks
     

Required Qualifications

  • Reliable computer or laptop 
  • Dependable high-speed internet 
  • Smartphone 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook required) 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English 
  • Clear, professional communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
     

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services 
  • Experience working in a remote role 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or client portals
